    Twelve of our staff members have been with us for more than 10 years.

    The average tenure of our team is over 5 years!


    We have achieved significant diversity in our team. It makes our annual "International Food Day" (where staff bring a traditional food for a shared lunch) a delicious experience!

Clement joined VISITS all the way back in 2009 and is currently our System Operations Team Leader. Highly respected by everyone at VISITS and by every customer he works with, Clement has a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.

Adam Feldman, Managing Director  

Adam Feldman

Managing Director

Adam has nearly 20 years’ experience managing technology companies.

As the founder and Managing Director of VISITS he has grown the company into a leading national ICT company.

Adam is a leading thinker on how technology enables business outcomes and is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering service quality and innovation.

Adam has an MBA from AGSM and degrees in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and Science from Monash. He sits on the Boards of a number of technology companies, is heavily in involved in Not-for-Profit organisations and has previous experience in both technical and Business Development roles in the utilities sector.


Leigh Salathiel, Operations Manager

Operations Manager

Leigh has more than 14 years' experience in Service Delivery, Account and Operations Management, with experience in IT Managed Services, Professional Services, Emergency Services and the Not-for-Profit Sectors. 

As Operations Manager, Leigh has overall responsibility for Service Delivery. He is passionate about delivering superior solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring continuous improvement.


Anil Mirchandani, National Business Development Manager

National Business Development Manager

Anil is an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.

Anil leads the VISITS National Sales and Marketing Teams and has a real passion for solving client challenges.

Prior to joining VISITS, Anil worked in a range of technology related companies including Canon, Oce, Invenio and Tyco Electronics.
