For your convenience, we offer a number of ways of contacting our Service Desk. You can:
- Log your request and follow up on existing requests via our easy to use vAssist Customer Portal. Access the portal by clicking the VISITS Logo on your taskbar, or
- Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or
- Call the Service Desk on 1300 300 979, Option 1.
Please note that our Service Desk monitors online and email support requests during business hours only. If you require urgent support outside of normal business hours, please call the Service Desk on 1300 300 979 and press 1 for support.
