Log a support request
For your convenience, we offer a number of ways of requesting IT support. You can:
- Log your request (and follow up on existing requests) via the Customer Portal (preferred), or
- Complete the form below, or
- Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or
- Call the Service Desk on 1300 300 979, Option 1.
Please note that our Service Desk monitors online and email support requests during business hours only. If you require urgent support outside of normal business hours, please call the Service Desk on 1300 300 979 and press 1 for support.
