The VISITS team - growing for the future

Oct 7, 2013

VISITS is excited to announce the appointment of several new team members to our client-facing teams, ensuring the level of service and support our clients have come to expect is not only maintained but able to grow with their future needs.

Joining the VISITS team are

Leigh Salathiel, in the role of Service Delivery Manager for our Emerald Team. Leigh previously held a similar role with a Bendigo based managed services provider.

A new Systems Consultant - Zvi Sherman, who has significant experience across many areas of IT and a track record of delivering highly effective business solutions on time and under budget. Zvi also has a significant number of technical certifications and tertiary qualifications obtained from international universities.

A new first response engineer - Tom Nguyen. He is an experienced onsite technician and engineer having previously worked for other MSPs in the Melbourne area. Tom has already won a few fans with his approach to solving technical issues and is a great new resource in our technical support team.

VISITS' newest intern

As part of our commitment to growing the knowledge of young IT professionals in the market, VISITS has an intern program. Our interns stay with us for up to 3 months learning how an MSP operates and developing their knowledge across the broad range of IT products and services VISITS offers our clients. They are mentored closely by our most experienced and talented team members. At the end of their tenure with us we regularly offer a full time position, as they've become a valuable member of our team.

At the start of October, we welcomed our newest intern - Uday Ponnala - and look forward to seeing him grow within the VISITS' team over the coming 12 weeks.

We welcome all our new starters to the VISITS team, and wish them the very best in their career with us.
