Ying Zheng, who is coming on board in the newly created role of Service Desk Coordinator.
We have developed this new role to be the focal point for all incoming client service requests; to oversee and manage the assignment of work across our entire client facing team.
An important aspect of the Service Desk Coordinator's role will be coaching and mentoring VISITS Support Team members, ensuring a consistent approach to all client activities and the ongoing continuous improvement of our services to you, our valued clients.
Ying has more than 10 years experience in IT support and consulting, and six years experience in leading IT teams. Prior to joining VISITS, Ying held the roles of Customer IT Support Manager and IT Support Team Leader at other organisations.
Given his experience, we know Ying will add considerable value to our customer-facing team, and look forward to him being part of the VISITS family.
